Age 80 of Kalamazoo passed away on Tuesday April 22, 2025 at Friendship Village. Sandy lived her entire life in the Kalamazoo area. She graduated from WMU in 1984 with a doctorate in counseling psychology and engaged in private practice for many years with an emphasis on women’s issues. Sandy and B.J. enjoyed traveling and particularly enjoyed going to Maui for nearly 30 years for whale watching on small rafts and reacquainting herself with friends made over the years from around the country. She is survived by her spouse, Bette (BJ) Jeschke; her daughter Lee Ann (Jack) Mohedano; grandson, Zach; Cousin, Deana LaPlante; close friend Sanny Nutter.
