Age 65, passed away on August 9, 2022. Sandra was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan on October 26, 1956, the daughter of the late Anthony “Tony” and Beverly (Ketchum) Villarreal. Sandra was an avid gardener and loved to be outside. She loved planting gardens and was nicknamed “the flower lady” in Oshtemo, just as her mother was years ago in Plainwell. Sandra enjoyed staying active and giving back to her community. She could often be found walking, cleaning up litter in public places and helping the local homeless population. She loved reading, research and advocating for people that felt unheard. Sandra spent many years of her life caring for her parents and after their passings, she lived a humble and peaceful, but productive life. She will be missed by all who knew her. Sandra is survived by her children, Jessica and Justin Donovan; step-daughter, Erin McEntee; grandchildren, LauRee Adams, Bishop Donovan, Justonna Donovan, Tameel Donovan, DaGrant Donovan, Niah Donovan, Dominique Kindle, Brianna Donovan, Akyla Barnaby, Alyssa Donovan, Justin Donovan, Jr. and Justice Donovan; several great-grandchildren; three sisters, including her twin, Sue Villarreal, Fran Dwight and Jane Standish; nephews, Tom Standish and Joel Villarreal and niece, Erin Dwight. Besides her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by her step-mother, Betty (Breese) Villarreal and step-son, Corey McEntee. Cremation has taken place and celebration of Sandra’s life will be announced at a later date.
