when I first moved to Galesburg in the 6th grade, Shurron became my friend. We were inseparable. we stayed in touch for many years following school, watched each others kids grow up and then it was our babies, having babies. I lost track of her for a small time, fortunately Facebook brought us back together. You were a beautiful soul and I will miss you beyond words. I love you my forever friend

Growing up we were two peas in a pod. She was a Bridesmaid in my wedding and wore my wedding dress at her first wedding. Unfortunately through the years we lost touch with one another. She was one of the Sweetest and brave person I know battling cancer as long as she did. She touched the lives of many and will be missed by many. Rest in peace cousin, and may God welcome you with open arms.
