No formal services are being planned. Stacy will be laid to rest next to her grandparents at St. Mark’s Memorial Garden, Coldwater, MI. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan, c/o the funeral home.

Age 51, passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2020. Stacy was born in Lawton, OK, on May 14, 1969, the daughter of Dann Eugene and Karen Lynn (Foster) Clark. On April 28, 2000, she married Guy Phillips who survives here. Stacy loved working with her flowers. She enjoyed decorating and selecting furniture. Nothing was more important to her than her family, with whom she tried to keep in constant contact. Besides her husband, she is survived by her sons, Christopher Clark of Lucerne Valley, CA, and Cameron William Phillips of Kalamazoo; her parents, Dann (Colleen) Clark of Santa Cruz, CA, and Karen Clark of Cleveland, OH; brother, Matthew (Gretchen) Clark of Scotts Valley, CA; a niece, Sydney Clark; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and countless friends.
