Burial Date February 15, 2019
A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 15, 2019, at Second Christian Reformed Church, 3015 Nichols Rd., Kalamazoo, MI 49004, beginning at 11:00 AM. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, February 14, 2019, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to Kalamazoo Christian School Association, c/o the funeral home.

Dear Cousin Louis and Family and long-time friend Nancy LaDuke: All of you are in our prayers due to Virginia’s death and we are confident that our great God will strengthen and comfort you now as He has done throughout your lives. My memories of Virginia are of her always smiling. She would make cookies for the school children I would bring over to see the Dahlias. She loved showing off her doll collection to the children. She would often be on the back porch making beautiful flower arrangements for Louie to bring to someone. I remember once I stopped over after she lost her voice, I had a flat tire on my bike and was hoping Lou could help me. She communicated to me that he was not home and together we got the tools I needed and I got it fixed! She will be greatly missed. Kathy Lindner
