Obituary
Age 62, passed away at home on Wednesday, October 16, 2019. She was born in Orangeville, MI, on August 9, 1957, the daughter of the late Derald and Gladys (Baily) Jordan. Alma was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She loved life and made the most of her days. She was a wonderful cook and she was happiest when friends and family were gathered around the dinner table. She enjoyed taking walks and being outdoors. She liked to do crochet and collect things. She had a wonderful smile and was always willing to help others. She was a joy to know and will be missed by those who loved her. She is survived by two children, Jason Jones and Kristina Jordan; four grandchildren, Mariah, Marrisa, Elijah and Alexys; four siblings, Carol Jordan, Kathy (Mike) Risner, Marsha Higdon and Connie Jordan; many nieces, nephews and friends. She was also preceded in passing by four siblings, Sidney, Butch, Pam and Brian.
Aunt Jean you were such a free spirit and I will always remember that you taught me how to snap beans. That’s why I always called you Aunt Jeannie bean ? I will truly miss you and love you!
I enjoyed our last visit at the hospital Jean. I am happy that you are now in heaven with your birth mom and dad and our mom Cora. No matter what others may say mom did love you. Love you Jean Your sister Kathy
