The family would like to thank Angela’s nurse, Andrea Mosley-Budrow from Centrica Care Navigators for her care. It was also Angela’s wish to thank her granddaughter, Jessica for the special comfort she gave to her in her final days. No public services are planned. Memorial contributions may be made to Kairos Dwelling, in c/o the funeral home.
Obituary
Age 80 of Kalamazoo passed away Wednesday afternoon, March 19, 2025. Angela was born in Kalamazoo on July 29, 1944, the daughter of Ervin and Joyce Louise (Chadderdon) Pattok Sr. Angela was a 1962 graduate of Parchment High School. She was employed for 25 years at Bronson Methodist Hospital. Angela is survived by her children, Wendie Evans, Bonnie Anderson, Karla Mapes, James Patrick Wertz; grandchildren, Scott, Megan, Jessica, Jaimie, Maria, Patrick; great-grandchildren, Parker, Owen and Isaac; siblings, Marlene, Loretta, Pat, Karyl Anne, Jack; several nieces and nephews and countless friends.
Hard to believe…we had so many years of fun, since we were little. We shared secrets and a great Friendship, and lived close to each other…you will be so missed by all who loved you, Jeannie.
