I grew up around Tony and the Pelikan family. They were the best. It has been so many years since I have seen any of them, but I think of them often as they impacted my life in ways I will never forget. I remember Tony watching Mrs. Pelikan teaching my mom to make cabbage rolls (the right way) and I still use this recipe to this day. There are so many memories I will never forget. Rest in Heaven, Tony.
