Dan A Hazell

In accordance with his wishes cremation will take place. Friends and family are invited to gather for an informal celebration of his life on Monday, March 19, 2018, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, at Parchment United Methodist Church, 225 Glendale Blvd., Parchment, MI 49004.
Obituary
Age 72, passed away on March 15, 2018. He was born in Marion, IN, on August 16, 1945, the son of the late Clifford and Edith (Taylor) Hazell. Dan was charismatic and full of life. He had a great sense of humor and knew how to have fun. His true passion in life was riding. He loved being on the open road riding his motorcycle with friends. He enjoyed traveling and camping as well. Dan was a hard worker who was employed by G.M. for over thirty years. His laughter and love will be missed by all who knew him. On November 30, 1986, he was united in marriage to Linda (Watson) Hazell who preceded him in passing on May 29, 2017. He was also preceded in passing by many siblings. Dan is survived by his children, Erin (Mark) Hampshire; Robert (Sarah) Holderbaum; five grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and friends.
So sorry to hear of Dan’s passing. I have many good memories of him, his humor, motorcycle riding together and his friendship since 1969. My deepest sympathy to you and the family. Thoughts and prayers at this sad time.
