Obituary
Age 61, passed away on August 24, 2019. He was born and raised on a farm near South Haven, MI, on July 14, 1958. He would continue to make South Haven his home. Dean was a hard worker and gifted welder. He was a member of Local Union 375 Fairbanks, Alaska and later Local Union 174 Coopersville. His work took him all around the country and allowed him to make friends in many states. He was always willing to help or teach and loved to see young people get into a skilled trade. When not working he loved to be outdoors hunting and fishing; a passion he would pass on to his boys. Dean was handy and liked fixing and reusing things. He loved living in the country and having animals around. Above all Dean loved his family and friends. He leaves behind many wonderful memories of a life well lived. On March 21, 1984, he married the love of his life Jerris (Cisco) Farrell who survives. He is also survived by two sons, Justin (Lindsay) Farrell and Patrick Farrell; four siblings, Rocky (Dot) Farrell, Kelly Farrell, Marty (Peggy) Farrell and Joe (Rita) Farrell; his parents, Tim (Dena) Farrell and Carolyn Farrell; many nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in passing by his grandparents, Leo (Fern) Farrell and Iva Foster.
