In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a private interment will be held at Lakeview Cemetery in South Haven.

Age 82, passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2022. George was born in Chicago, Illinois on June 20, 1940, the son of the late Edward A. and Maxine (Crow) Price. He graduated from Barrington Consolidated High School in Barrington, Illinois and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science from Bradley University, graduating in 1963. While attending Bradley University, George became a member of the Zeta Pi Business Fraternity. He served his country honorably in the United States Air Force from 1964-1968, obtaining the rank of Captain. George held a life-long career in the printing and graphic arts industry, retiring as CEO from a printing company in Chicago. He enjoyed trains, music, reading, traveling and developing computer programs. He was a member of the American Legion, Lyric Opera House of Chicago and the Lyric Opera Guild. George was recognized in the Who’s Who in the Midwest and the World in 1982-1983. He is survived by his sister, Donna Lynn (Todd Brown) Wenban; two nieces and several cousins. Besides his parents, George was preceded in death by a step-mother, step-father, a brother, William Alan (Karen) Wenban; and eight of his beloved dogs. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a private interment will be held at Lakeview Cemetery in South Haven.

My Brother I already miss you so much. I know that you are in a better place but it’s still hard to know you are gone. You are now with Mother and Billy Allen and all other relatives that have gone before you. God has welcomed you into His Kingdom and we will meet again. I love you, my brother, Your sister, Donna

So sorry to hear of George’s passing. We were fortunate to meet George with Donna in 2011 at a family reunion in Kent, England. Such a pleasure to meet and briefly spend time with this lovely gentleman. A gentle, kind man with a host of interests and conversation. It was a pleasure to know him. Ann & Nick & family with Peggy x
