Obituary
Age 39, passed away on December 31, 2021. He was born in Grand Rapids, MI, on March 17, 1982. Hugh had a warm smile and kind heart. He loved those around him and was a joy to know. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it. He loved hunting, fishing and spending time in the great outdoors. Though he had many passions in life he was most proud of his son and family. His laughter and love will be missed by all who knew him. Hugh is survived by his son, Kollin Fletcher of Allegan, MI; mother, Deborah (Len) Glatz of McKenzie, TN; father, Daryl (Laura) Fletcher, of Center Conway, NH; sister, Angela Fletcher of Allegan, MI; brother, Kyle Fletcher of Holland, MI; many close friends. Cremation has taken place and no services are scheduled at this time. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice, c/o the funeral home.
The time we spent together will always be remembered. You will be missed my friend.
We will miss you so much. But I know for a fact that you were a Christian so I take a great deal of comfort in that. Take your broken wings and fly away, my son.
Growing up as kids with Hugh was full of laughs. He also got us kids in trouble but it was all in good fun! So many great memories growing up with the Fletcher’s Family. Being the oldest he was always a great help, but also being the oldest myself, I know we also test the boundaries. I recall one time he was in trouble and when he getting his spanking he just laughed…didn’t help the situation but we laughed even more.
