Obituary
Age 69, passed away early Thursday morning, May 4, 2023. Jaylynn was born in Bay City, MI, on February 9, 1954, the daughter of Harold and Lois Mabel “Pete” (Dressen) Bedell. She was a graduate of T.L. Handy High School in Bay City in 1972. Jaylynn loved to bake and cook and enjoyed visiting the casino. She always had good luck. Jaylynn was an avid camper and especially liked camping on the AuSable River. More than anything she loved hanging out with her one and only granddaughter. Jaylynn is survived by her husband, Keith Hankison of Linwood, MI; daughter, Melissa Hankison also of Linwood; granddaughter, Laken Schwerin; brother, Tracy (Norma) Bedell; sister, Terri Bedell; uncle, James Wesley; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
Missing you like crazy already! You truly were a gem and I am so thankful you were my Momma…I’ll be keeping an eye out for yellow monarch butterflies always. See you again one day, till then, you’ll be me and Laken’s special angel. I love you more than you could imagine Mom. XOXO
