Jessica M. Rustenholtz, age 49, passed away at her home on February 15, 2026, she was surrounded by loved ones. She was born in Kalamazoo, on August 19, 1976, the daughter of Charles and Amy (Ferguson) Rustenholtz Jr. Jessica was a kind and loving woman who had a heart for serving others. She worked as a social worker and made a difference in many lives while serving at Urban Exposure Initiative of Kalamazoo. When not working she enjoyed being at home watching cooking shows and HGTV. She loved her family and was especially proud of her children and grandchildren. Her smile, love and laughter will be missed by all those who loved her. She is survived by two children, Bryce Holmes and Aislynn Holmes; two grandchildren, Yhannis and Ahnu Holmes; mother, Amy; three siblings, Emily (Shamika) Jackson, Timothy Rustenholtz, Lindsey Rustenholtz; grandmother, Ruthann Dobbins; nieces and nephews, Alexis (Brandon) Burns, Kayla Little, Gavin Jackson, Promise Jackson, Zachary Rustenholtz, Nick Rustenholtz, Kingtrell Johnson; extended family and friends. She preceded in passing by her father Charles; grandparents, Dan Dobbins, Charles (Mabel) Rustenholtz, Dave Ferguson.
