Obituary
Age 67, passed away Thursday evening, February 4, 2021. Juan was born in San Antonio, TX, on March 4, 1953, the son of Juan and Theresa (Amador) Rodriguez. On May 15, 1988, he married the love of his life, Perina “Penny” Williams who survives him. Juan worked for many years at General Motors. He loved Corvettes. He was the best husband and father anyone could ever ask for. Besides his wife he is survived by his children, Mistie Glidewell of Portage, Rebecca (Derek) Harkins of Las Vegas, NV, Juan Antonio Rodriguez Jr. of Portage; grandchildren, Taliah Glidewell, Andrew Rodriguez, Isabella Glidewell, Adam Harkins; sisters, Maria (Fred Hernandez) Luna and Estella (Richard) Russell; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and countless friends. He was preceded in death by parents and an infant sister, Carolina
Thank you John for being there in my time of need being one of my true support systems. I have known you almost all my life . I love you John . I will never forget you and the many years of memories. I am so glad you were part of my life. I know you are a beautiful Angel now fly with the Angels my dear brother in law. You will truly be missed more then words can express. Until we meet again
Johnny I can’t believe my big brother is gone my heart is broken I’m going to miss you so very much but you are no longer suffering. I wish I could have been with you. Penny, Stella, Mary,. I was so sorry to hear this sad sad news. God needed another angel in heaven. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Working with your mom Theresa for years, at Bronson Hospital, I became close to the family too. May John’s soul RIP. God bless you all.
