In accordance with his wish cremation will take place and private family services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, c/o the funeral home.
Obituary
Age 83, passed away at Briarwood Assisted Living in Allegan on October 10, 2021. He was born in Allegan on July 23, 1938, the son of the late Oral and Ruth (Cavanaugh) Pullin Sr. Oral graduated from Allegan High School and would continue to call the Gobles area his home for many years. A hard worker, he was employed by the Kalamazoo State Hospital for a number of years. When not working he enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, fishing and feeding the wildlife in his backyard. Oral loved family gatherings and taking his grandchildren on golf cart rides. He did his best to leave them with many wonderful memories to cherish. Oral married Patricia (Shrout) Pullin who preceded him in passing on May 31, 2020. He was also preceded in passing by a son, Donald Pullin; his parents and his grandparents, William and Zelda Pullin. Oral is survived by his loving daughters and their families, Patricia (Ron) Powers, Elizabeth (Greg) Fleming and Theresa (Scott) Smith; six grandchildren, Amanda (Nate) Powers, Daniel (Cherish) Powers, Brittany (Adam) Davison, Karli Fleming, Makenzie Fleming and Alysha (Chris) Poiner; six great-grandchildren and a sister, Patty Reed.

My sympathy and condolences to his family. I knew him when he was a teenager him his grandparents. My dad was a good friend of his growing up, with sharing sport activities with him. Our friendship continued throughout his life. My stroke prevents me from sharing more on here. My sympathy to his entire family.
