Obituary
Age 88, passed away Thursday February 6, 2025 at Ascension Borgess Hospital. Richard was born September 6, 1936 in Kalamazoo the son of LeRoy and Olive (Chichester) Caldwell. He graduated from Kalamazoo Central High School and was employed by Corning Class, Bond Supply and Owned Dick and Sil’s Restaurant in Parchment. Richard was an active member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness. On October 1, 1984 in Kalamazoo Richard was united in marriage to Silvia (Steinhardz) Caldwell who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Caprice Caldwell Vreeland; granddaughter, Olivia Anne Vreeland; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, six siblings.
To the loved ones of Richard Caldwell: Although we did not have the privilege of knowing Brother Caldwell in this system, we sincerely hope to meet him under far better conditions to exist in paradise.
