When I first met Rick we worked together in Battle Creek at a restuarnt. I was excited to see him working at Welch’s when I started my employment there. Rick was always friendly. A very decent guy.
Although I lost touch with Rick after school as many of us do I can see how others viewed Rick that he was still the caring & sweet person that I was friends with. My condolences to his family. Rest in peace Rick

Rick was a truly nice guy. I’ve know him for a long time now because of his kids. My last interaction with him was when my husband passed away last summer at Bronson. Rick was with him when he died and expressed his sympathies as soon as I arrived at the hospital. He was a genuine person. Please accept my condolences during this time
When Rick would pick up Jakob or Abby from Cedar Street, his children would light up with joy. He was an admirable father that was always kind and friendly to our staff. His children absolutely adored him. My thoughts and prayers are with Jakob and Abby during this difficult time.

Then when he went to work at Bronson, I ran into him a couple of times and he would always have that big smile and give me a big hug. I am sending Prayers to his Family for all your hearts to heal.
