Some of my fondest childhood memories were with Sharon. She was a sweet lady and often had a parental approach with the neighborhood children. I recall the daily devotions before anyone could play and was deeply committed in her faith. She and her children were wonderful neighbors, friends, and family. RIP Sharon.

I can\’t imagine the world without her in it. Grandma has always been my anchor, my voice of reason, and to some degree my conscience. With her , you always felt love and safety, a sense of peace and complete acceptance. Her laughter was infectious ,even at the end. I love her dearly and will forever have an empty spot that she filled.

I remember a few things when I was younger, ONE being you left me at deer forest. You thought I was sleeping in the back of our station wagon. TWO you wouldn’t let me cut my hair for bangs. THREE and probably the most important of all was how I would sit on your lap and you would rock me. I sat on your lap up until a couple years ago when you started not feeling well, but in a way it was better because I would just crawl in bed with you. I will always love and miss you momma, but I will see you again.

My mom taught me to love like Jesus. No judgement or condemnation. She loved everyone and was quick with a hug and a kind word of encouragement. I will miss her deeply but I know that I will see her again in heaven. Thanks mom for all the great memories and love , but most of all for your example of faith.

Oh my sweet mama. No words can express how much I love you . I cherish every moment I had the privilege of taking care of you. I miss your big hugs and your kisses. I miss your laugh and good nature. I love how much you loved your family and devoted your life to taking care of us all. You taught me to live Jesus and I do with all my heart and know I will see you again in heaven but it feels like a very long time to wait. Thankyou for the love you gave, the joy you gave us all. Your love of people of nature of animals. You cherished simple moments and laughed when you saw a deer outside or a bird fly by. You loved watching your animated disney shows and laughed like a little kid every time. I remember you made me take you to see the jungle book at the strand theater . You loved it so much , i couldnt help but laugh at your enjoyment of it. Even when things got bad and you couldnt get put of bed you loved watching animals on tv . You always loved your church shows too and never gave up praying . When it was hard for you to speak you still worked so hard to say i love u . I cherish you mama . I miss you with everything in me and i will celebrate you every day and talk about you snd keep your memory alive always.
