Obituary
Age 63, passed away on Monday evening, July 25, 2022. Tina was born in Detroit, on November 16, 1958, the daughter of Harold Augustus Bower and Patricia Clara LeBond. Tina was fond of horses. She enjoyed walking and loved her dogs. She was left in a difficult place after being in an accident in 2017 but tried her best to keep moving forward. Tina is survived by her sons, Michael (Becky) Slate of Decatur, David Stockdale of Decatur, James (Maddi) Spence Elgin, TX; granddaughter, Hayleigh Slate; sister, Theresa McRight; a niece; and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Jerry Garland.
