William “Bill” Lawrence Price Jr. age 77 of Kalamazoo passed away Monday morning, September 14, 2026. Bill was born in Kalamazoo on July 9, 1949, the son of William Lawrence and Madge Louise (Reinke) Price Sr. On September 4, 1976, he married Laura Ross who survives him. Bill spent over 30 years in the automotive industry, working for General Motors and Checker Motors. He was very mechanical and could build and re-build Indians, Harleys and automobiles. Besides his wife, Bill is survived by his children, William (Katrina) Price III, Josie (Nolan Steinert) Price; granddaughter, Kallesta Brienne Price; brother, Henry (Katherine) Price; several nieces and nephews; and many friends. Bill was preceded in death by his parents.
