Age 52, passed away at Borgess Hospital on December 1, 2020. She was born in Kalamazoo on January 30, 1968, the daughter of the late William and Mildred Beischl. Anita had a welcoming smile and caring nature. She loved taking care of people and brought joy to those around her. She was a hard worker who was employed as a server at Denny’s Restaurant where she became a favorite waitress to all the regulars. When not working she enjoyed riding with her husband on their Harley Davidson with the Outrider Bike Club. She loved the open road and the friends she made along the way. Anita was a “Mom” to everyone and here heart and home were always open to those in need. She also loved caring for animals and her pets held a special place in her heart. Above all Anita loved her children and leaves them with many wonderful memories to cherish. She will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband Scott Rinker; son, Cody Smith; daughter, JoLee Smith; many dear friends. She was also preceded in passing by a former husband, Allen Smith.
