A memorial service to celebrate Bernadine’s life will be held on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Calvary Bible Church East, 5495 East Main St., Kalamazoo, MI 49048. A time of visitation will take place at the church, one hour prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 AM. Memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Bible Church East.

I enjoyed playing cards with Bernie, neither one of us liked to lose. She had a peaceful presence and a lovely smile. I will miss her and my heart goes out to her family, especially Cindy.

One of my favorite neighbors and will be truly missed. She helped me with my flowers in my yard, she was always smiling. God bless you Bernie I will miss you.
