Age 83 of Kalamazoo, passed away Wednesday night, January 28, 2026. Beverly was born in Kalamazoo on May 21, 1942, the daughter of Fred and Beatrice (Carr) Miller. On February 27, 1995, she married Robert A. Brcka who survives her. Beverly was a graduate of Vicksburg High School. For over 26 years, she was employed by Friendship Village, having retired in 2013. In her spare time she enjoyed sewing and crocheting. She loved shopping at antique and flea markets. Beverly and Bob liked to go dancing. Besides her husband, Beverly is survived by her children, Kevin Cooley, Kim (Jeff) Smith and Todd Cooley; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild; brother in law, Russell Combs; sister in law, Darlene Miller; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and countless friends. Beverly was preceded in death by her parents; son, Mark Cooley; siblings, Shirley Combs, Ron (Bonnie) Miller and Robert Miller.
