A visitation to celebrate his life will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, April 7, 2018, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. At the family's request please dress casual in your favorite team apparel.

Nancy my heart goes out to you in the loss of Bill, I read in a post he passed both myself and several classmates tried to find when his funeral/wake would be and would have been there if we had known. Know you, your family and Bill are in my thoughts and prayers. Sue Kaatz

Billy was my "Christmas buddy". We always talked about decorations, ornaments and where to find the best end of season sales. He gave me pictures of some of the trees he had decorated and they were just beautiful.

I will always remember Mr West playing football with brian and I and always working in his beautiful yard. I am truly sadden that I missed this and my heart goes out to his lovely bride and his wonderful kids. Such a wonderful person. Much love
