I too grew up on Dayton Ave. and Bonnie was the one that taught me how whistle. She was like the Big sister in the Hood. We connected later in our lives at the polling station that she always worked at. Rest well Bonnie Billy

I was a neighbor of Bonnie's on Dayton. I remember her as a teenager. She was always interesting and friendly. She called me a few years ago and we had a delightful chat. May she rest in peace.

Sincere condolences to Bonnie's family. I met Bonnie while working at the front desk at Park Village Pines. She would stop and chat with me several times a day. I enjoyed these chats as I found her to be a very funny, entertaining, and kind person. She was a joy to listen to with her stories of growing up and about her family. She especially enjoyed talking about her daughter and grandkids. Although we only knew each other for a brief time she will always have a special place in my heart and will be greatly missed.
