Rachel Lonberg officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 10:00 AM, one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice, c/o the funeral home. Bonnie and James will be laid to rest at Ft. Custer National Cemetery at a later date.

Age 75, passed away on December 25, 2018, after a long battle with multiple illnesses. She was born in Kalamazoo on March 12, 1943, the daughter of the late Harry and Janice (Chambers) Deneau. Bonnie was a kind and loving woman who will be missed by all who knew her. She was employed for many years by JC Penney where she worked in customer service. Bonnie also worked hard at home to provide for her family. She was a wonderful grandmother who did her best to always be present. When not working or spending time with family she enjoyed watching TV or listening to Beatles music. Bonnie’s smile and joy will be missed. On January 3, 1964, she married the love of her life James D. Parker Sr., who preceded her in passing on October 3, 2018. She was also preceded in passing by granddaughter, Sarah Ennamany and a brother, Richard Deneau. Bonnie is survived by three children, Christine (Michael) Nicholson, Jamie Thielke and James Parker Jr.; three grandchildren, Jenna Ennamany, Whitney Nicholson and Parker Thielke; two siblings, Elaine Kob and Charlene Massey; nieces, nephews and friends.
