In accordance with his wish, cremation will take place and a private family committal service will be held at Grand Prairie Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Wish I would have had an opportunity to know you. I stopped to see you last July, but you weren't home. I met you when I was 16 for a short visit, but many years have passed. Although I was never part of your life, you were always a part of me. I have many questions that will never be answered as your daughter. I hope you found peace. I wish to express my deepest condolences to Dennis and his family. Chuck was one of my closest and dear friends, more like brothers than friends. I remember Chuck and his mother and brothers taking me in when I was down on my luck there mother was my mother (Dorothy) Chuck will be missed beyond words. RIP My friend say hi to Donnie for me
