Age 69, passed away late Sunday night, December 3, 2023, following complications from RSV. Char was born in Biloxi, MS, on July 8, 1954, the daughter of Charles Willis and Marilyn Jean (Jones) Epley. Char worked for many years as an independent interior decorator. She loved animals of all kinds and ran her own farm. In her spare time she enjoyed quilting. She had many artistic abilities which included glass blowing and bead making. Char was a competitive person and loved bowling and card playing. She was a great cook and loved spending time in her garden where she grew her own vegetables. Char is survived by her sister, Sharon Epley of Kalamazoo; stepdaughter, Annie (Michael) Juba and their children; stepson, Andrew Vorick; her father’s wife, Suzanne Epley; cousin, Tom Asplin; and countless friends including her dear friend, Joy Clay and her beloved dogs, Rita and Stinkerbell.
