A memorial service to celebrate Chase’s life will be held at Joldersma & Klein Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will take place at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.

Age 26, passed suddenly on Sunday, September 15, 2019. Chase was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan on April 25, 1993. He is survived by his mother, Sherry Lentz; father, James (Bonnie Anderson) Lentz; sister, Jennifer (Catherine Reeser) Lentz; grandparents, Jean Kilgore and Sandra and Gerald Lentz; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and numerous extended family members and close friends. Chase was preceded in death by his grandfather, Gerald Kilgore and uncles, Robert Kilgore and Frank Huntley.
