A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held on Friday, October 12, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Centerpoint City Church, 326 W. Cork St., Kalamazoo, MI 49001. Visitation will take place at the church on Thursday, October 11 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM and one hour prior to the service on Friday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Age 73, passed away on Sunday, October 7, 2018. Cheryl was born in East Chicago, Indiana on October 18, 1944, the daughter of the late Silas A. and Omogean (Harris) Jackson. She enjoyed crocheting, baking cookies and playing board games and cards. Cheryl was a life-time member of the Church of God. On June 11, 1966, she married the Rev. William C. Neal who preceded her in death on December 19, 2012. Cheryl is survived by her children, William Robert (Katie) Neal, Dawn Rena (Kenneth) Diggs and William Brett (Karla) Neal; grandchildren, Monika, Hannah, Elizabeth, Jackson, Cristen, Bryce, Amy and Rachel; four great-grandchildren; sisters, Vicki Vanosdol and Kathi Wilhite and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
