Friends may call on the family on Friday, October 10, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Joldersma & Klein Funeral Home, 917 S. Burdick St., Kalamazoo, and for one hour prior to a Memorial Service which will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Lord of Life Lutheran Church, 9420 S. Portage Rd., Portage. Jack will be laid to rest in the church Memorial Garden next to Bette and Jeff. Memorial contributions may be made to Lord of Life Lutheran Church, in c/o the funeral home.

Uncle Jack, you were always so great to have around. Any family get together, you always had a great big smile and always wanted to know what was new in our lives. I will definitely miss the random run ins we had through the last several years. I'm glad I got to see you shortly before we moved too. Sending love and hugs to you up top. Make sure you give my dad a visit too.
