October 18, 1974 - November 27, 2024

A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 6, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Prairie Edge Christian Reformed Church, 9316 Oakland Dr., Portage. Friends may call on the family at the church one hour prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Memorial contributions may be given to a fund being established for the nurturing of his granddaughter, Mya, in c/o the funeral home.

It saddened me to learn of Dason’s passing. He was in one of my Language Arts classes at North Middle School in Portage, back when he was in 7th or 8th grade! He was a very polite young man and I enjoyed having him in my class. I’m sorry he died so soon … only 50! What heartbreak this must be for his family. Sending you all my deepest sympathies. Please be sure his granddaughter hears all the great stories about her Grandpa Dason. Thinking of all of you!
