Age 41, passed away on April 19, 2024. Dave was born in Lakewood, OH, on June 17, 1982, the son of Richard Ronald and Janet Mildred (Westfahl) Campbell. He was raised in Lakewood, OH and then moved to Portage in 1996. Dave was a graduate of Michigan State University and received his Masters Degree from the University of Michigan. Dave loved living in the San Francisco Bay area for several years. He had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh. He was loved by his family and will be sorely missed. Dave is survived by his mother, Janet Thomasma of Portage; siblings, Gary R. Campbell, Ronald (Dawn) Campbell, Laura (Chuck) Pothoven; five nieces and nephews; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and many friends.
