Age 50, passed away at Rose Arbor Hospice Residence in Kalamazoo, MI, on January 26, 2022. She was born in Sturgis, MI on February 10, 1971. She was preceded in passing by her parents, John and Esther (Casner) Bishop. She was a graduate of Three Rivers High School, Class of 1989. On June 22, 1991, she married the love of her life Michael Wexler who survives. Together they raised two loving children, Brandan and Dakota. Dawn was a loving and loyal wife, mother, sister, daughter and friend. Her home and heart were always open to those in need. She loved watching her children grow and play sports. She was deeply involved in the Jr. Toppers, a youth organization based in Johnson City, TN. As a mother, she rarely missed a sporting event or important moment. Dawn’s warm smile and laughter will be missed by all who loved her.  Cremation will take place and no services are scheduled at this time. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice, c/o the funeral home.
