Age 74, passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at Rose Arbor Hospice Residence. Deb was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan on March 16, 1948, the daughter of the late William and Wanda Owens. She was a graduate of Loy Norrix High School, class of 1966. Deb enjoyed working in her flower gardens and loved her pets. She is survived by her husband, Tom DeVries and her son, Scott (Kimberly Bagley) Owens. Besides her parents, Deb was preceded in death by all of her siblings. Her family is happy now that she is at peace and without pain. A private family service will be held and a public gathering to celebrate Deb’s life will take place in the spring. The family would like to express their gratitude to Centrica Care Navigators and Rose Abor Hospice for their care and compassion given to Deb during her final days.
