A service in witness to Dennis’ faith and life will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. noon at Texas Corners Bible Church, 7780 S. 8th St., Kalamazoo. Friends may greet the family one hour prior to the service at the church beginning at 11:00 a.m. or following the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Texas Corners Bible Church or Centrica Care Navigators (formerly Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan, in c/o the funeral home

Age 72, passed away early Saturday morning, October 1, 2022, following a long and courageous battle with bone cancer. Dennis was born in Kalamazoo June 17, 1950, the son of Frederick D. and Catherine (Dean) Beck. On May 24, 1980, he married Susanne VanHout who survives him. Dennis worked for many years as a HVAC Technician for Kalamazoo County. Dennis was a believer and he faithfully attended Texas Corners Bible Church. Besides his wife, Dennis is survived by his children, Sarah (Adam) Leeper of Elkhart, IN, and Devon (Brittany) Beck, also of Elkhart IN; 5 grandchildren; sister, Cynthia (Paul) Brule; several nieces and nephews and many friends. Dennis was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother Dallas Beck.
