A memorial service will be held on October 8, 2022 at 1:00 at Bethany Reformed Church, 1833 S. Burdick St., Kalamazoo, MI 49001; a brief time of fellowship with the family will follow. Memorials may be sent to Loaves and Fishes, 901 Portage Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49001, or Bethany Reformed Church.

As part of the extended family I wish I could be there at the memorial service. But I cannot. I always had great respect for Don and appreciated his kindness every time we met, and the care and attention he always paid to my parents in their later years. Don was special in my book. My love to and prayers for all of you.
