A memorial gathering to honor and celebrate Don’s life will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 3:00pm to 5:00pm, at the Richland Area Community Center, 9400 East CD Ave. Richland, MI 49083. Memorial contributions may be made to Kalamazoo Gospel Mission or Centrica Care Navigators Hospice, c/o the funeral home.

I worked with Don at Bronson Hospital and he was my Director. He was a mentor, teacher, and was a catalyst in my career for my many years as a Director responsible for several departments. Don was a joy to work with and shared his vast experience with me every day. And he made one mmmm tasty liver pâté ! My condolences to Nancy and the family.

My sincere heartfelt sympathy to Nancy and family. I had the pleasure to work under Don's leadership in Bronson Facilities dept. He mentored me in learning about project timelines, excel, etc. Don was a compassionate man and was dedicated to his work and HIS family. After his retirement, his friendship continued as some friends enjoyed lunches with him and Nancy. Heavenly peace, Don!
