No public services are scheduled. Duncan will be laid to rest with Suzanne in the Columbarium of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in a private service. The family suggests that to make a lasting gesture in Duncan’s memory, friends may consider ringing the bell for the Salvation Army during the next holiday season. They also suggest that in his memory we follow the advice of John Wesley, “Do all the good you can, by all the means you can, In all the ways you can, In all the places you can, To all the people you can, As long as you can.”
