March 14, 1928 - April 8, 2025

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 19th at New Hope Church, 9300 E D Ave, Richland, MI 49083. Officiating will be Pastor Jan DeWitt. Visitation with the family will begin at 12:00 p.m., prior to the service, at the same location. Donations can be made to New Hope Church and Centrica Rose Arbor Place, c/o the funeral home. Joldersma & Klein, 917 S. Burdick Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49001.

Joy and family, I am so sorry about the passing of your Mom. Your Mom and Jerry were the best neighbors when we all lived at Wildwood. They were such special people and your Mom rescued me quite a few times when Sarah would cry all day because of her colic and come and take Sarah to their house. I’m sure Jerry greeted her with open arms. Hugs and prayers to all. Deb, Sarah and Katie (Salik)
