Elaine was born in Detroit, MI, on April 8, 1950, the daughter of Robert and Edna (Bush) Roehm Sr. On February 14, 1970, she married the love of her life, Richard Tomkinson who survives her. Elaine loved playing computer games like Runescape and talking with people on Facebook. She was an avid reader. Elaine was a marvelous cook. She worshiped the sun and enjoyed visiting Florida.
