In accordance with her wish cremation will take place and a private family gathering will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to The Humane Society or The Kalamazoo County Library, c/o the funeral home.

Ele/Mom, you were always so sweet and loving towards me. You made me feel part of the family, even before your son and I married. I have many found memories of Ron, the girls and I spending time with you. God truly gained another angel. May you rest in peace. Forever in our hearts. I'll be seeing you. Love Sharon

Elly was my neighbor and friend for many years. I will miss her alot....especially our ongoing Jeopardy competition.

Eleanor was my cousin and I couldn't have asked for a better one. She graduated from Western Michigan College. She was an avid reader and loved playing the lottery. If she ever won it, we were going to Scotland & Ireland to see where our ancestors came from. We never made it there but did look into our genealogy and found wonderful surprises there. I will miss her and her sense of humor. God Speed Ellie. Love you, Donna
