In accordance with her wishes she was laid to rest privately at Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at Voyage Church, 6339 Atlantic Ave., Kalamazoo, MI 49009, on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at 4:00 PM. A time of visitation will take place at the church on that day from 2:30 PM until the time of the service.

Age 97, passed away at Park Village Pines on Monday, October 02, 2017. She was born in Kalamazoo on October 28, 1919. She was united in marriage to C. John Dye Jr. who preceded her in passing on June 12, 1980. She is survived by two children, Kathryn (Barry) Bond and Curtis (Felicity) Dye; six grandchildren, Bob, Christopher, Justin and Sarah Fields and Anna, Johnny Dye.
