Mrs. Eugene Albert and Family, I was sorry to see that Gene passed away recently. As Handicraft Director at the Camp Rota-Kiwan Boy Scout camp, starting in 1999 thru 2008, Gene volunteered four days a week each summer instructing boys for the Wood Carving Merit Badge. With wood carving being his hobby, Scouts got expert instruction. Gene made a difference in the lives of many boys...and also in my knowing him. Richard Paxson

My condolences to the family. Gene was a dedicated and committed police officer and proud Marine. Semper Fi and Semper Cop.
