Age 68 passed away at home with his best friend, Elizabeth Hamm, by his side. He was born in Kalamazoo, MI, on June 22, 1950, the son of the late Elmer and Eleanor (Stouder) Black. Gary was a hard worker who was employed as a paper press operator until his retirement. When not working he enjoyed being outdoors. He was an avid sportsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, guns and was a member of gun clubs. He also loved Mopar cars and could often be found tinkering under the hood of a car. Gary’s smile and laughter will be missed by all who loved him. He is also survived by a sister, Debora (Sam) Henion; brothers Bill and Eric Black; nieces, nephews; best friends, Mark Radke, Bill & Wilma Kooistra; many others.
