Age 61, passed away at Kairos Dwelling on July 14, 2021. Helen was born in Battle Creek, Michigan on February 7, 1960, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Mary (Shafer) Bigelow. She is survived by her siblings, John Shafer, Leander (Debbie) Waber, Lucinda Rose, Candy (Ken) Smothers, Linda Oryczcak, Robert (Sue) Waber, Billie (Mike) Morey, BonniBelle (Michael) Gutierrez and Rene Ripley; brother in-law, Gerry Martz; sister in-law, Carole Waber; and many nieces and nephews who she loved and adored. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Joey, Linda, Guy and Vern Waber, Sally Martz, and Charles and Donald Bigelow. Helen was employed for Homestead Dairy, retiring in May of 2021. She loved animals and enjoyed reading, puzzles and flowers. Helen was a caring person and even though she was the youngest of her family, she was also the strongest. Helen cared for her ailing parents without complaint when they each came to a point where they could not care for themselves.
