In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family gathering will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be given to a charity of one’s choice.

I've known Jack for over 50 years and worked with him at General Motors for 33 of those years. Jack was a man of integrity and a friend and I will miss him. To Sue, my deepest condolences to and your family for your loss.

I am offering a Tribute to the memory of Jack Smith who was always a pleasant friend and neighbor (you could easily tell that he was an Eagle Scout). So sorry for your loss, Sue. I know that Jack will be deeply missed. May he Rest in Peace.
