Jim and I were fellow Realtors working together at the same Berkshire Hathaway office for a good number of years. I fondly remember the many conversations we had on various topics. He was a wise and very gracious individual and a great Realtor. Rest in peace friend. John Bolcato

Jim was a great guy, always willing to help and very thoughtful...he will be missed. I enjoyed working with him for 15+ years starting with Preferred Carlson and ending with BHHSMI. Jim always had a good things to say about his family and I know the church was very important to him as well.

We celebrate a 50+ year relationship with Jim and his family. Our children grew up together, Jim and Chris met in my choir at Trinity and Jim and I shared a common interest in real estate for decades. We will miss him, he was always there to lend a helping hand at church, faithful tenor in the choir. Rest well in Christ, dear Friend. Bill and Joanne Musselman, Curt and Susan

Jim was a well liked and caring person to work with. I spent a handful of years working with Jim at Berkshire Hathaway and he helped me in many ways put deals together during his bank repo listing years. I truly enjoyed talking with him and hearing about his twin boys and his loving family. I'm truly so sorry to hear of his passing and express my deepest condolences to his family.
