Age 80, passed away early Sunday morning, September 17, 2023. Janet was born in Allegan, on June 15, 1943, the daughter of Frank and Myrtha (Ockerman) Beardsley. On October 5, 1962, she married Delbert Paul Rench Jr., who survives her. Janet was an avid golfer. She loved going on girl’s trips with her sister, daughter and niece. She was great at card playing. Christmas was a fun time for her to decorate the house and she had a year-round Christmas room. Janet was fussy about the house and loved working in the yard on her John Deere mower. She always enjoyed going out to eat and trying new places to eat. She probably liked Essen Haus and Stacy’s the best. Eating at the Grille House in Allegan was fun because she could get her favorite, prime rib. Janet was a great listener and was always ready to help someone. Nothing was more important to her than her family and she adored her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Besides her husband, Janet is survived by her children, Delbert Paul (Sherri) Rench III of Three Rivers, Jerri Rench of Three Rivers; grandchildren, Shannon (Tim Krull) Rench, Delbert Paul Rench IV, Jennifer (Paul) Ranney, Bailey (Brooke) Bernheisel, Cody Bernheisel; great-grandchildren, Kane Bernheisel, Kennedy Bernheisel, Katheryn Rench, Rhett Krull; sister, Helen Fleming; sister-in-law, Sue Epley; nieces and nephews and many friends. Janet was preceded in death by her parents; a sister and brother-in-law, Beverley and David Gipson; a brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Beverly Beardsley; brother-in-law, Robert Fleming.
